Oahu has so much to offer, from beautiful isolated beaches to hikes in the mountains, but there are definitely days when Ryan and I just enjoy cruising around town. This was definitely one of those days. After a delicious late breakfast and a stop at a coffee shop we walked over to one of the stunning hotels on the Waikiki strip, the Moana Surfrider. The hotel opened in 1901 and is sometimes referred to as the first lady of Waikiki. It’s incredibly elegant and beautiful, with a large courtyard facing the ocean that’s shaded by a big banyan tree. One of my favorite things about the Moana is that there are a bunch of rocking chairs for people to sit and read the morning paper or people watch. Sometimes I just like to grab a coffee or a book and sit outside relaxing and rocking the day away.

This dress is something that I picked up from Brandy Melville a week or so ago and I just love it. I am really into anything with a high neckline right now, and I’ve always been a sucker for floral. I paired it with simple accessories; my Tory Burch sandals, a pair of fun sunglasses, a leather tote, and this sunhat that I just can’t get enough of lately.
