Good morning! I’m excited to share my first food post with you all and hope you will find it as tasty as I do. I have always been a big yogurt eater, (I follow in my mother’s footsteps) and I’m constantly looking for new ingredients to spice up my morning bowl. I really disliked Greek yogurt at first, and to be honest I’m still not the biggest fan, but I recently discovered Chobani’s pineapple Greek yogurt and I absolutely love it. It’s not too thick like a lot of other Greek yogurt brands and it has a delicious flavor. I started out just adding my favorite Anahola granola and blueberries to it but little by little I have adopted new ingredients to top it off.

You will need:

  • 1 Chobani pineapple Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup of granola
  • ¾ cup of blueberries and blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons of dried coconut
  • a dash of chia seeds

I’ve also become hopelessly addicted to coconut water and even find myself reaching for it in place of coffee in the morning. It’s pretty expensive but Costco has some good deals if you’re looking to buy in bulk.
