Hello and happy Friday! Today I’m sharing some more photos from my time in Seattle. Additionally, today marks the first day of my new blogging schedule. From now on, new posts will go up each Tuesday and Friday. I’m going to try my hardest to hold myself to these new deadlines!
The outfit I’m sharing today is a super simple combination consisting of a collared shirt, high waisted skinny jeans, and flats. I wore this outfit for a long day of walking around Seattle. It was comfortable and casual, but still fun due to the pop of red from my pants and leopard print on my shoes.
This classic Ralph Lauren button down shirt was a Christmas gift I received last year and I’m so pleased with it. It’s a very versatile top. In the past I’ve worn it with jeans and skirts, as well as over dresses or peeking out from under oversized sweaters.
As for the hair, ever since I chopped my hair this past February I’ve been trying to get creative with hairstyles that are doable with short hair. Since it was a breezy day in Seattle I wanted to keep my hair out of my face. My sister French braided it and then I tossed the little bit that was left into a low messy bun. I was quite content with the end result and I’ve been recreating it ever since. There is just something so classic about a French braid.
